Oats and Shrimp Pepper Masala
Step 1: Combine powdered Saffola Natural Oats-Plain with beaten egg, chili paste & salt to make a batter. Step 2: Coat shrimps evenly & heat Saffola Gold-Pro Healthy Lifestyle Edible Oil in a pan & deep-fry shrimps on medium heat, keep aside.
Step 3: For the pepper masala, leave 1 tbsp of oil used for frying shrimps in the pan & fry chopped onion until soft then add tomatoes, black pepper & curry leaves. Step 4: Fry for 3 minutes. Add the fried shrimps, tossing them to coat well in masala.
Step 5: Transfer to a serving dish & serve hot with steamed rice or rotis, if liked.
